What are you looking forward to most in the coming fiscal year?
Continuing to grow our IT staffing business by building our internal team with strategic hires, and creating a specialty software and industry practice.
What is the biggest challenge your company will face in the coming year, and what is your strategy to overcome it?
Continuing to attract the best talent in a competitive and growing industry. To overcome it, we’re always using creative techniques—both new and practiced—for finding top talent to ensure we make great and timely hires for ourselves and our clients.
Superheroes remain popular in our culture: movies, Halloween costumes, TV shows, action figures. Compare your company to a superhero and explain your choice. If you don’t know a specific superhero to reference, what “super powers” does your company possess?
Like the X-Men, ESP is a team of superheroes with diverse, unique, and complementary strengths. One individual has ‘enhanced hearing’ which helps him understand a client’s needs, another is ‘omnilingual’ allowing her to translate between our client and IT job seeker, and still another has ‘instinctive adaptive powers’ to meet and conquer any challenging situation. With training, teamwork, and a common goal, ESP’s Team, like the X-men, are unstoppable.
