Technical Support

Technical Infrastructure & Security
If you want to leverage your technical skills to help organizations continue to run efficiently while interacting with coworkers to solve complex problems and keep them operating efficiently, Tech Support is the job for you. Tech Support specialists monitor and maintain an organization’s technical infrastructure to ensure continued functionality and operation of an individual’s workspaces and systems they use to complete important tasks.
As a Tech Support professional, your main responsibilities day-to-day will be working closely with coworkers in order to maintain and troubleshoot technical issues in the network and on hardware. This can include the installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating system, logging questions from customers and employees, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults, and performing safety tests on computer equipment for the organization. Tech Support also can provide after-sales support in a customer-facing function, which requires people skills as well as the technical ability to be deeply knowledgeable about the product.
