ESP IT is dedicated to connecting top talent with unique positions. Many of the professionals in our network are referrals we receive from technology professionals we’ve placed in the past. We like to show our appreciation to those who take the time to tell friends, family members or associates about the opportunities available through ESP IT and our referral bonus program is one way we do that.

We provide bonuses for every referred candidate that we place on contract, contract-to-hire or direct-hire jobs with our client companies. When you refer a candidate, who is not already actively working with ESP, you are eligible to receive a bonus once that candidate is placed into a contract assignment or a direct-hire role with one of our client companies. is this

For contract or contract-to-hire assignments the referrer will be paid one thousand dollars ($1000.00) following the 90th day of the referred candidate’s employment with ESP’s Client. An additional one thousand dollars ($1000.00) will be paid following the 180th day of employment with ESP’s Client.

For direct hire roles, the referrer will receive a check in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2000.00) following the 90th day of the referred candidate’s employment with ESP’s Client.

ESP also offers bonuses for referring new clients to our network. For a new client introduction that results in a placement, ESP will make a two thousand dollar ($2,000) donation to the charity of your choice, or a direct payment to you for the same amount.
