A Technical Infrastructure & Security Leadership position is someone who manages the physical assets of a company and makes sure that the infrastructure that goes into an optimally engineered IT system stays safe and functional. These leaders work with a team of technical experts in order to diagnose technical problems, optimize physical assets, and strategize for future growth. Leadership roles in Technical Infrastructure have experience with the systems and equipment that a network requires, as well as the knowledge on how to leverage that expertise to better curate and manage a team. As a prospective Technical Infrastructure & Security leader, you will work closely with multiple different areas of the company to solve problems and plan future physical network expansions. You will help to curate a team of infrastructure experts to complete these projects. As a team lead, you will delegate work, help to coach individuals, problem solve, lead by example, and manage the schedules and skills of your team.
