DATA & ANALYTICS

Data & Analytics positions are ideal for those that find numbers and trends fascinating and are skilled at creating reports and finding deliverable information from those numbers. A Data & Analytics specialist is someone who looks at master data sets for organizations and develops reports as well as solves any issues that may arise. This position also collects and stores data on sales, market research, logistics, linguistics, and other behaviors across a data set. This position often features applicants that have technical expertise in the data and language they are working in, as well as a keen eye for detail and understanding of larger trends that can be derived from data sets.

Data & Analytics positions work closely with marketing and other departments that can utilize this translated information to understand the health of the organization. In this role, applicants will commission and decommission data sets, manage users and user permissions, provide quality assurance of the data sets, generate reports from the master data, and provide technical expertise on data as well as the security of that data. Additionally, Data & Analytics applicants should be comfortable with troubleshooting data sets and presenting reports in a way that makes sense to those that they are being delivered to.
