IT is looking up in the United States and, especially Minnesota. Minnesota was recently recognized as the number one state to look for IT jobs. Nationally, IT has made large employment gains for the first half of 2015. In fact, IT gained jobs in 14 of the past 18 months. Not only are IT staffing needs increasing, but salaries are expected to increase by 3.0% in 2015 – the largest increase since 2008. With all that in mind, you can feel good about the future of IT, in Minnesota, and everywhere.
