Salesforce System Administrator

We’re seeking an innovated, collaborative, and trusted individual to work with our client. You will be responsible for the maintenance of our client’s tools and processes surrounding Salesforce.com. We’re looking for someone who is interested in fostering efficiency and is on the lookout for areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Salesforce
  • Assist senior Salesforce administrator
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, page layouts, and approval processes
  • Generate and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications
  • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency
  • Lead and assist with user requirement sessions
  • Document user requirements to address business needs
  • Execute data loads to Salesforce.com
  • Determine potential areas of improvement through analysis, review, and documentation

 Requirements:

  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
  • 3 or more years’ experience working with Salesforce
  • Practical experience with Salesforce.com implementations, day-to-day operations, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with other tools
  • Analytical and thorough  
  • Excellent communication skills, internally and customer facing
  • Preferred experience with:
    • SteelBrick CPQ and/or Service Cloud
    • Additional business applications
    • Business Intelligence applications
