Salesforce System Admin

We’re looking for a SFDC administrator to work with our client to support the daily activities of users and offer strategic support. We need someone who can execute the training, configuration, administration, and installation of Salesforce.com. Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance of the SFDC platform
  • Application of business analysis skills to meet changing business needs
  • Response to customization requests, such as:
    • Creation of workflow triggers, alerts, automated email responses, etc.
    • Development of validation rules, custom reports, dashboards, and analysis on data
    • Management of custom objects, fields and formulas
    • Creation of new fields, layouts and record types
  • Maintain high-level familiarity with other system/business application capabilities (SAP, Big Machines, Service Management systems, etc.)
  • Offer recommendations for potential integration/functionality areas with SFDC
  • Mass updating of master data in SAP and monitoring of flow-through in SFDC
  • Collaboration with IT on existing integration points, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Manage lifecycle of small to large scale projects
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Perform data loading and merging/mapping processes as required
  • Maintain system configuration and process documentation
  • Develop and communicate a schedule for future releases and enhancements
  • Implement complex security requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience working in an organization of 250+ users providing user support, data cleanup, and data migration to and from Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce.com basic, Advanced, and Platform App Builder certifications required
  • Project management skills
  • Other Sales/Service Cloud or Development certifications, preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
    • Proficient with Visio and database programs such as Excel or Access
    • Solid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, SQL Server, SOQL, and general web service API
    • Proficient in project management tools
