We know that benefits are important to you.  We offer W2 consultants, who bill more than 32 hours a week, the option to be enrolled into the benefits ESP offers.  Benefits are available as early as 30 days after start of employment. 

Health Coverage

  • ESP offers 100% premium cost coverage for individual employees
  • Discounted premium rates available for partners and families


Health Savings Account

  • ESP contributes $46.15 toward your HSA account per paycheck (26 paychecks a year) and pays for administration fees 
  • Must be enrolled in ESP's health insurance to participate

Life Insurance

  • Group Term, employee only 
  • ESP pays for premium ($50,000)


Dental and Vision

  • Individual or Family Plans
  • Employee pays for premiums


Flexible Spending Account

  • Pre-tax dollars with TASC for medical, dependent daycare, and transportation expenses 

Disability Insurance

  • Employee plan only
  • Long and short term
  • ESP pays for premium
