We know that benefits are important to you. We offer W2 consultants, who bill more than 32 hours a week, the option to enroll in ESP's benefits.  Benefits are available as early as 30 days after the start of employment. 

     

Health Coverage

  • ESP offers up to 100% of premium costs for individual employees
  • Two health insurance Options: 
    • High Deductible HSA Plan
    • Buy-up Co-pay Plan

Health Savings Account

  • ESP contributes $100.00 per month toward your Health Savings Account and pays for administration fees 
  • Must be enrolled in ESP's High Deductible HSA Health Insurance Plan to participate

Flexible Spending Account

  • Pre-tax dollars with TASC for: 
    • Medical and Limited Medical
    • Dependent daycare
    • Parking 
    • Transit

     

 

Dental and Vision

  • Individual or Family Plans
  • Employee pays for premiums

 

Life Insurance

  • Group Term, employee only 
  • ESP pays for premium ($50,000)

Disability Insurance

  • Employee plan only
  • Long and short term
  • ESP pays for premium
