As Vice President of Sales and Recruiting, Tim's responsibilities include providing effective and inspiring leadership, creating and developing new sales strategies for ESP's future growth, and ensuring ESP's clients, consultants, and direct hire candidates always receive the highest level of care. He excels at developing talent through engaging with their day-to-day work, encouraging success, and equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand our clients' business needs and provide exemplary service.
Throughout Tim's nearly 25 years of leadership within the technology and software industries he has demonstrated expertise and success in ERP software at companies including PeopleSoft, SAP, and Salesforce.com. He earned a BA in Marketing & Management from the University of Minnesota. Tim's extensive experience and passion for teaching and mentoring technology and sales professionals to help them achieve their career goals is a key component for ESP IT's future growth strategy and the most rewarding aspect of his job. Tim believes that strong leadership includes fostering an environment for excellence and achievement.
In his free time, Tim serves in his church by leading marriage and family courses and providing marriage counseling. Tim has also volunteered at MN Adult & Teen Challenge where he has taught fathering classes.
