Administrative & Sales Support

  • Manage Bullhorn CRM system and track KPI metrics
  • Coordinate consultant communication
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and other tasks as needed
  • Manage client and consultant agreements
  • Report to the leadership team, assisting in prepping for quarterly reviews, managing calendars, and appointments
  • Point person for maintaining office supplies inventory, maintenance, mailing, shipping, and equipment
  • Responsible for creating PowerPoint for quarterly and annual company meetings

Human Resources

  • Prepare offer letters and agreements and administer other new hire paperwork to onboard new employees, both consultants and office staff
  • Oversee Open Enrollment and day to day benefits administration; knowledgeable about company plans and general benefits information
  • Lead company wellness initiatives (Live Well) and the philanthropy efforts of the company


  • Manage email campaigns and all social media content and campaigns
  • Manage company website: update content, keep job postings current, and process form submissions
  • Write blogs, newsletters, web copy, and other marketing content
  • Create materials and graphics for social media, communication pieces, newsletters, and blogs
  • Plan company and industry events


  • Perform payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and manage direct deposits
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease


  • Set-up employee laptops, keeping computers, monitors, and other equipment updated
  • Create and manage SharePoint Sites and act as administrator for Office365

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
  • Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office365
  • Experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Advanced computer skills preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with office management

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Website management (CMS/CSS/HTML) and SEO experience preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite
